Helio is a pre-launch corporate wellness platform based in the United Kingdom. This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through our website at tryhelio.co.uk. We are in the process of registering with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) as a data controller. Our ICO registration number will be published here once confirmed.

We currently collect the following personal data through our website contact form:

First and last name
Work email address
Company name and size
Any message you choose to include

We do not collect any special category data (health data, financial data, or similar sensitive information) through our website at this stage. When the Helio app launches, a separate privacy policy will cover employee data collected through the app.

3. Why We Collect It

We collect your contact form data for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry about Helio. Our lawful basis for processing this data is legitimate interests — specifically, the legitimate interest of responding to businesses that have contacted us to learn about our product.

4. How Long We Keep It

We retain contact form submissions for up to 12 months, after which they are deleted. If you become a client of Helio, your data will be retained in accordance with our client data retention policy, which we will share at the point of contracting.

5. Who We Share It With

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Your contact form submissions are processed by Netlify (our website hosting provider) and forwarded to our business email. We do not use your data for advertising or marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
